David Grubbs, a Dallas Firefighter, established D K & G
Management in 2002 after working for more than 10
years in the Lifeguard business. D K & G Management
exists to ensure that all communities have a safe
swimming recreational experience and are given the
opportunity to learn water safety skills. We will provide
your communities with a responsible and experienced
team of professionals. Our goal at D K & G is to provide
our clients with a variety of aquatic programs and leisure
